Reports to: General Manger of the Division
Responsibilities:
Management & supervisory responsibility for approximately ten Account Managers - most working at satellite locations.
Direct responsible for $85,000,000 in sales
Deliver new product sales and margins
Develop and execute account business plans that outline customer strategies, requirements, sales forecasts, and customer satisfaction thresholds for accounts.
Develop and implement quarterly tactical plans
Assure alignment of sales strategy with:
- company’s overarching strategic plan.
- technical and operational capabilities
Prepare and manage budgets
Requirements
Through knowledge of Dairy Flavor industry
Ability to lead, motivate and develop sales personnel
Organizational and managerial skills
Education
4 year college degree in a related field.
Advanced degree preferred
Travel: 35% of time is expected
