MICROSOFT SOURCING OPENING CLOSED
I got an email from Maureen Sharib this morning asking if the Microsoft Sourcing Job is still open.
You see, Vin Dieselevey and I are busy writing song parodies plugging it when, in fact, Uncle Shally's blog says he's not accepting any more candidates.
Of course, he looks pretty happy.

But remember the recruiting maxim - it ain't over until 90 days...

Vin, did you see what Hans said (above). Shally got close to 1000 nibbles from his own network. There's gotta be at least one fish worth frying in there.
I suspect however that with Macca having flown the coop, there might be a further need.

It's gonna be interesting to see out of those 1000 how many will be able to, or have the will (or the stomach for) to do telephone sourcing. Shally's promised a white paper on the subject - it's gonna be int'ristin...
How many (telephone)sourcers can a sourcer source if a sourcer could source (telephone)sourcers?
;)

All these questions and more will be revealed in due time, in Part 2 of my post and via a white paper, and if there's any interest then maybe a webcast too assuming folks aren't already tired of my webcasts. No the need has not changed. No it has nothing to do with recent departures. I can not say further without:
a) ruining the mystery
b) muddling the pot
c) letting the cat out of the bag
d) all of the above
Suffice it to say yes I have a big smile and will rest well this memorial day weekend :D
