A great recruiter taught me how to sort resumes.
A, B, C and Dummy.
A: They have what we need
B: Good but they're missing one or two things we need.
C: Rejects, but you can see why they applied.
D: Must have been on Drugs when they read the ad.

Susan, that's an interesting question. If you have time, which you might not, you might contact that person and initiate a relationship that you will maintain until such time as a hire would be suitable to both parties.
