Sexism, hiring and childhood hobbies.
The Brazen Careerist advises readers to hire cheerleaders. And, surprise, surprise, she was one herself. Which is a total surprise to me because I imagined her to be a junior feminist in highschool and assumed that girls cheering for boys rather than playing themselves would have fallen under the same ban as the Miss America competition.
And, speaking of feminists, I'd like to warn BC about Sara. When The Marketing Headhunter recommended hiring Eagle Scouts, she accused him of sexism. Why? Because the Eagle Scouts are limited to boys and men.
But, then, if cheerleading is limited to girls and women... You see where I'm headed? Sister, these cheerleaders could get you in a lot of hot water. But, don't worry. I'm on your side.

Way to fit that belly-button photo into a post. I'm glad I could do my part to help :)
