1. I have an analytic way of looking at things that allows me to see the big picture
2. I can prioritize. I do the important things first and don't get hung up on being more perfect than necessary
3. I'm willing to work hard and do the things I don't like

5. I'm fearless and willing to stand alone and have people hate me for being different
