Hate is an unpleasant feeling so you want to get rid of it. Therefore, when you can't stand someone, act as if she's your favourite person in the world. Hang around her all the time, and smile. If you force yourself to act as if you like her... I think the idea is that eventually you might. But, have you ever heard the saying: life is too short?
