Here's what it should look like.
1. Number of hires planned vs Results in terms of % achieved.
2. This year's Results --- compared to last year's results
3. Financial Investment required -- in relation to last year.
4. Number of recruiters required -- in relation to last year.
5. Manager satisfaction with new hires -- in relation to last year.
Example. "We produced...."
1 - 112% of planned hires
2 - combined performance to date exceeds that of planned hires last year by 43%.
3 - it was done with an investment 3% greater than last year's
4 - no addition to the number of recruiters
5 - Manager satisfaction with new hires this term is up 27% to a 4.1 on a 5.0 scale."
