1. Your strengths and weaknesses.
2. How you compare to other employers.
3. How you can improve.
Ask new hires
1. How they heard about you
2. Why they chose to work with you
3. If you've been delivering what they expected.
Don't ask and do nothing. It's insulting and depressing.
