Millennials promise to:

- Hold only productive meetings. (laughable)

- Shorten the workday by focusing on productivity.
(keep on dreaming)

- Find mentors by teaching older workers about technology (baloney)

- Put human back into human resources. (baloney)

I think someone forgot to put a "wish" in there somewhere. As in, "10 things I wish Gen Y Could Change."

Look, I have big ideas for change but I haven't drank the Kool Aid of my big impact on that change. Most business processes change gradually. When Gen Y figures that out, most of them won't have the stamina to stick with it after getting told no a hundred times.
