Cloud Computing

Remember the internet toaster? It's time has almost come with the advent of The Cloud.

The Cloud, for the most part, is just another name for the internet. The difference is that it refers to an internet full of online applications which have replaced those on our own personal computers.

This is a great video, an excellent primer. I particularly liked the answer given to the question: "Is Cloud Computing something new?"

Answer: "It's old wine in a new bottle."
