I usually hand out the awards based on my gut feel for things I'm familiar with.
I'm going to do that again.
However, this year, I also accepted nominations.
People could nominate themselves or someone else.
Nominators had to create their own categories.
I promised that the names of nominators wd not be revealed.
I said clearly that
- I might not use the nominations for my awards - but that I wd give a website badge to nominees who want one.
The Benefit of a Website Badge: Outsiders will see it and think you're a somebody - which maybe UR.
Here are samples of past awards.

When are you going to post the awards given with your comments (p.s. I'd love a badge). I liked last year's award better, "social networker of the year," but getting the "creative award" shows some growth. Thanks so much. All in good fun, my friend.

Oh, you don't think this year's award is as good as last year's?
Some might disagree but it's possible that you plateaued this year and did not make as big a bang as you did while you were on your way up.
You can't win em all. You've got lose some. And much of life is learning how to tolerate loss. That's what humility is you know - learning to acknowledge our limits without overdoing it.
