Candidate: Advancement
You: So, you want professional growth more than anything else. Right?
Candidate: I don't like people trying to corner me. It's too intrusive.
Identify what must be there for a candidate to take a job.
At every contact, check if anything has changed.
But never attempt to control your candidates. They won't trust you.
