Beyonce’s shimmering gold dress barely contained her top; immediately after she picked up her trophy, she asked an assistant backstage to help fix her dress, apparently to prevent a wardrobe malfunction.
If you wear summer clothes without a bra, or a bikiini, you're quite likely to have a wardrobe malfunction. And, often, with cell phone cameras being everywhere, pictures will be taken.
And, sometimes, they will be uploaded to the internet as "downblouse" photos. (Search "downblouse" on Google and you'll see what I mean).
As long as your malfunction is not posted on your own website, however, your prospective employer will be unlikely to see it.
