Microsoft's FolderShare is free. It does three things.
1. It can synchronize files between two or more computers. This gives you live redundant copies of your files. Inotherwords, a backup.
2. It also allows you to access files on your home computer from a remote location via the web.
3. And it also allows you to share files on your own computer with others via the web.
