The Recruiting Animal Show is a fast-paced, hardball forum of recruiting infotainment.
Every Wednesday at noon Eastern Time, the Animal and his panel chat with a guest who has a professional connection to recruiting.
It might be a recruiter or a sourcer or a Human Resources flunky -- or someone who makes software for the recruiting business.
If you want to be a guest, we're happy to have you but, please, read this first.
This is a show for people who are well-adjusted.
If you can't take shouting and criticism it's not the place 4U.
This is a hot seat show. Make sure U understand that.
The show is very blunt and straightforward. It can be ruff. I don't control the callers. They can be tough.

@CVitello - This past week I had the honor of being a guest participant on the Recruiting Animal BlogTalkRadio Show. I would have to say I was nervous and had to just sit and be totally quiet for 10 minutes before it started, while my heart was going 200 beats a minute. Once the show began I was able to somewhat calm my nerves and ended up having a lot of fun!
